Pipeline built & first syncs
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok sync jobs deployed. Multi-account discovery, 7-day chunking, 30-min timeouts. First backfill for Hickory's.
Early June 2026
Views consolidated & reports connected
Facebook views reduced from 13 to 5. Hickory (3 reports), Certas, UoM, and Molnlycke reports reconnected to new data sources in Looker Studio.
Mid June 2026
Apps Script connectors for Reach
Facebook Reach and LinkedIn Reach connectors deployed to Looker Studio. Deduplicated reach that can't be summed from daily rows.
Late June 2026
Reliability & monitoring
3-strike auto-disable across all 6 platforms. Daily health check emails. Sync schedules optimised — all data ready by 9am BST. Evening restatement syncs added.
July 2026 — Now
Testing & validation
Validating all reports against Supermetrics. Onboarding new client accounts. Building guides for the social team.

How it works
Built-in reliability so reports stay accurate without manual intervention.
Automatic daily syncs
Morning syncs pull 90 days of data and finish before 9am BST. Evening syncs catch same-day restatements.
Auto-disable & recovery
Accounts with 3 consecutive auth failures are paused and retried every Monday. No broken data in reports.
New account auto-backfill
When a new ad account is detected, 90 days of historical data is automatically backfilled.
Health check emails
Daily email at 8pm UK summarising any sync failures. Silent when everything is healthy.
Sync schedule
All data is ready by 9am BST. Check reports with date range ending yesterday or earlier.
